Paiman Amiri, MBA, DBIA
Vice President - Construction Management
Paiman leads PAC Constructors' construction management practice, overseeing project coordination from preconstruction planning through closeout. He pairs a design-build perspective (DBIA) with a business-focused approach (MBA) to keep projects organized, well-documented, and on schedule.
Desmond Castillo, ADCI
Vice President - Structural Consulting
Desmond directs PAC Constructors' structural consulting and inspection work, from existing-condition documentation to technical field reporting. A certified commercial diver (ADCI), he also leads the firm's underwater inspection capabilities across marine and waterfront infrastructure.
Arthur Baldwin, ADCI
Senior Structural Inspector
Arthur performs structural and condition inspections across buildings, bridges, and industrial and marine structures, producing the detailed field documentation clients rely on. As a certified commercial diver (ADCI), he supports the firm's underwater and waterfront inspection assignments.
