Permitting & Compliance Support

Supporting Code-Compliance Verification
Through third-party inspection and Level II nondestructive testing, PAC Constructors supports code-compliance verification during construction. We document field conditions, observe conformance with the approved construction documents, and report findings, including any nonconforming conditions, to the owner, design team, and authority having jurisdiction. Engineering determinations regarding any finding are made by the project's engineer of record.

NDT Level II Testing

Testing is performed per applicable industry standards (AWS D1.1, ASME Section V, API, or project specification as required). Reports document methods, procedures, and findings observed.
