Safety Culture

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every PAC Constructors project begins with planning, proceeds with awareness, and is documented with discipline. Safety is not a program. It is how we operate.

How We Operate

Safety Principles

Pre-Job Safety Planning

Before any field assignment, our personnel conduct a written pre-job hazard review. We identify site-specific hazards, confirm appropriate PPE, and verify access and egress before work begins.

Risk Assessment

We evaluate site conditions and task hazards before mobilizing. Underwater inspections, elevated work, confined spaces, and traffic-exposed worksites each require specific protocols reviewed and confirmed before arrival.

Site Awareness

Our field personnel maintain active situational awareness throughout each assignment. We do not proceed when conditions change in ways that were not anticipated in the pre-job review.

Documentation Standards

Accurate field documentation is a safety function as much as a technical one. We document conditions clearly and completely so that owners and their consultants have reliable information.

Professional Conduct

We operate with professionalism on every project site. That means respecting client protocols, coordinating with site safety personnel, and maintaining conduct appropriate for active construction environments.

Stop-Work Authority

Every PAC Constructors field employee has the authority and the obligation to stop work when conditions are unsafe. No schedule pressure overrides a genuine safety concern.
